If you see “Pre-sale” in the title or SKU options, it means this product is currently out of stock in our shipping warehouse. It need to be transferred from the storage warehouse to the shipping warehouse, which takes 3-4 business days. To meet customer demand, now we’re offering a pre-order version. Pre-orders take longer to process than in-stock items – typically 4-6 days longer – but come at a lower price. If you’re comfortable with the 4-6 day delay or would like to save money on your purchase, we recommend choosing the pre-sale option.
After you purchase a pre-sale item, we’ll send you an email to confirm your order details. Please note our pre-sale cancellation policy:
- You may cancel your pre-sale order within the first 36-48 hours for a full refund
- After 48 hours or once the item has shipped, direct refunds are no longer available

US:
Default Delivery Time: Order Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Shipping Time (6-12 business days).
Fasting Shipping Delivery Time: Order Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Shipping Time (5-8 business days).
UK:
Default Delivery Time: Order Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Shipping Time (6-10 business days).
Fasting Shipping Delivery Time: Order Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Shipping Time (3-5 business days).
Your normal product orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Pre-Sale Product:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, if:
(a) You have received a product with damaged or contaminated package;
(b) You have received a product that is defective or otherwise bad;
(c) You have received a wrong item;
(d) You have changed your mind and want to return an unused and unopened product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We sell and ship to the United States and United Kingdom
We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse locations. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers. Don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! 🙂
