We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, if:

(a) You have received a product with damaged or contaminated package;

(b) You have received a product that is defective or otherwise bad;

(c) You have received a wrong item;

(d) You have changed your mind and want to return an unused and unopened product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse locations.
