Once a product has been shipped, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless one of the following specific conditions is met:
- Product Quality Issue: The item you received is demonstrably defective, damaged, or significantly not as described on our website.
- Package Lost in Transit: The shipping carrier has officially confirmed that your package has been lost during transit and is not recoverable.
Process for Eligible Refunds:
If you believe your order qualifies for a refund based on the criteria above, please contact us via email at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- A clear description of the issue (e.g., “product arrived damaged,” “package never received”)
- For quality issues, please provide clear photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage.
Upon receiving your email, we will investigate the issue. If your request is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, if:
(a) You have received a product with damaged or contaminated package;
(b) You have received a product that is defective or otherwise bad;
(c) You have received a wrong item;
(d) You have changed your mind and want to return an unused and unopened product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we’ve confirmed that the return process is initiated due to the reasons mentioned above, we will initially offer a partial refund ranging from 10% to 50%. If you still prefer to return the item, please follow our return process as outlined below.
Return Process:
Step #1 – To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected], please provide customer support with your Full Name, Email, and Order number and briefly describe the reason why you want to return the product. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a Return shipping label within 1-3 business days, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Step #2 – Re-pack your product safely and securely attaches the provided order number to the package and send us the returning products to the Return address given to you by our customer support team. Please note, that we will only be able to accept returned products only if they will have the order number attached and are sent to our indicated Returns address. Un-defective items must be returned in unused, manufacturer’s condition, in original and undamaged packaging.
Step #3 – Send us the tracking number of the returning parcel and your order number. Please note that the return shipping fees will not be refunded or compensated for. Returns without tracking numbers might be refused by our warehouse, please make sure to use registered mail or other trackable shipment method and don’t forget to provide us with the tracking number.
Step #4 – Please allow 2-5 business days for all returned items to be inspected, and an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to be reflected on your bank statement. Used products are not eligible for refunds. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
